No. First and for most, drinking cost money. Students does not have enough pocket money for laying extra food tofill their stomach. So, they don't even went to think about spending money on alchohol. Drinking can make students to lose control of themselves and they can drunk and people who are greedy will steal their people money. Drinking can also cause people to get addicted to it. People drink when they are stress.
